Before we tell you about her training, certifications, and such, we need to start you at the beginning of her story of how she found a passion for massage therapy.
Jennifer found her passion for massage by being a patient first. She was in a car accident in 2002. The accident nearly took her life after she flew 152 feet out of the back window of her car.
She had several major injuries, including a broken pelvis, a torn rotator cuff, and a gash in the back of her head that required 18 stitches. Her healing process included intense rehab where Jennifer
had to learn how to walk again. Through her rehab, she was able to make a full recovery. Because of her firsthand experience with muscle pain, she became determined to help others heal
their pain.
"It's truly amazing to me how the body can heal itself. I will forever be a student, eager to assist in the healing process. I understand the hard work it takes to live
with pain and to push through it to get better. Pain makes you a different person and I strive to help reduce it so my patients can have a better quality of life."
Jennifer graduated from Fortis College (formerly Medix Medical College.) She is a Gold Member with the American Massage Therapy Association and loves to learn and is often seeking and
completing additional training and continuing education programs to meet the different needs and demands of her clientele.
